“I have been doing private yoga lessons with Alex online since January of 2021. I reached out to Alex after reading her story and life of why she got into yoga. Dealing with chronic back issues when she was diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age and all she has over come through I had to talk to her. I am only 3 months in and I have never felt better about myself and my back pain is no longer an issue! Each class I have taken with Alex she begins with a message...a theme...maybe something that she experienced and shares with her students so they can glean from that what they will.
